Gentry, et al.:

I approve of the idea of getting a "sandbox" site up so we can look at 
features. But I don't think we have the technical know-how to be sure 
that we can smoothly transition to the old ones.

Furthermore, starting a new site at http://seattle.indymedia.org/ would 
break all the old links out there in the internet universe that point to 
articles on the site.

So, I am leery of simply starting a new site -- but I think it's a great 
idea to see if we can get some set up with the various codebases to 
experiment with which one has the features and feel we need.
