[Seattle-editorial] FP: Fallujah Prepares... #239530

I've added some related links that provide background info on Fallujah 
and the "Security" companies. I know that you are pretty busy this 
week, and you don't have a lot of time -- so you may not have the time 
to expand the feature.  Because of that,  I'd like to volunteer to do 
it.  I think it is important to get the facts out **before** the US 
retaliation.

  If you feel comfortable with a co-author, I can flesh out the feature 
by incorporating background info and additional analysis of why the 
killings occurred -OR- I can create a separate feature.  Let me know 
which approach you would prefer me to take.
