Both.

I"d like to see the article fleshed out more, and unfortunately we 
may need to do another on the actual attack which emphasises the 
dutiful marines being used as the pawns they are. Or maybe not.

I'd like to continue to pound on the corporations and the National 
Command Authority as the culprits, but that's just my standpoint. 

I do recognize the responsibility of folks as they sign up for 
service, but the history of corporate and elite cuplability always 
shows them to be the real cause of Ameri-death.

Kind of like my p.o.v. on cops. I've never met a beat cop that made 
much policy, nor strayed from expected behavior, although rouge 
cops and soldiers are often present and rewarded.
