Rick, Walt, Sheri, and Devon:

Thanks for your work in setting our finances to right, especially
you Rick.

The latest look at the financial activity during the last four years
is disturbing. Over $200,000 of activity in one account is a lot,
considering our $4,000 or so in monthly expenses.

I want to get another look when I have more time, and when another
Member can also be present. And no beer this time, just coffee.

Two things:

1) After careful consideration, my desire is to have the bank
records showing the actual destination of bank funds be purchased.

2) That after we discover if any payments were made without
transparency and approval by the collective, we deal with the issue
internally, whatever we may find. By that I mean that we involve no
outside parties whatsoever in our operations.

We will publicise the results no matter what they show, no matter
who is implicated. We call other folks and organizations out for
less, and must hold ourselves to the highest standards to which we
hold others.

Please schedule a time when we can look at the situation in detail,
comparing expenditures with general meeting authorizations etc., and
contact the bank and pay them the $400.00 to get copies of the
returned checks. The blank and misc entries in the bookkeeping
records make this neccessary. Can we meet as early as this Saturday?

Knowing where and to whom our funds went is the first step in
soliciting more.

Thanks again.

In Solidarity,

Joseph
