I see a problem on that page too. Whereever there should be a single quote I 
see the euro symbol, an "a" with a hat, and a trademark symbol. There are also 
some not printable multi-byte characters. This is using Mozilla 1.6. I have 
placed a screenshot at,

I see the same thing with lots of other seaimc stories. I have also seen the 
"checking the html checkbox when posting a story has no affect" bug that 
others have reported.

Joseph, what browser are you using? Maybe you could install mozilla too and 
see if you can repeat the problem?
