[Seattle-editorial] Proposal: editorial group should temporarily adopt Seattle imc radio

The Seattle imc collective agreed today that during the organizational
hiatus I could maintain the Seattle imc radio servers, and make them serve
as a feature of the Seattle imc website. These servers, when they were being
maintained by nathaniel t., automatically downloaded audio posts (from
seattle.indymedia.org?) and streamed them on a rotating basis.

===

The Proposal:
The editorial group accept decision making responsibility for these servers
during the Seattle IMC's organizational hiatus. I will act primarily as a
technician, working to keep the stream running. If it is acceptable,
questions about the servers can be sent directly to me rather than crowding
the seattle-editorial list.

The Seattle imc radio servers are now at my house where I'm willing to
operate them for at least three months, or until they find a better home.
I'll be contacting nathaniel, jason and arc with detailed questions about
how to get the servers online.

If all goes well, I expect to have them online in a week or so.

===

Unless there are blocking concerns raised I'll assume this is acceptable
(I've brought it up at two meetings and have proposed it twice to the
imc-seattle-radio list, with no objections raised).

peace,
brandon
