Hello everybody.

As some of you know, I've been in Oregon for a couple months.

I've met some of the Portland indymedia people, and I noticed one of the 
factors helping them get so many features up is that there's no front-end 
process here before an editor can post a feature.  There are several 
editors, and they all feature whatever they want.  In the rare instance when 
an editor objects to a feature that somebody else put up, I guess then 
there's some sort of process.
