1 Login to the Admin interface
2 Click the "new article" link on the admin "start" page
3 Choose article type "Feature"
4 Enter the article information (title, subtitle, author, etc)
5 Click save
6 (optional) Add an image
   1. under "Attachments" click "upload image"

7 (optional) Publish or Show the feature article
   1. Check "publish" checkbox and click save
   2. Or... click the "unhide" button

8 To force the article to appear on the startpage (home page), see
instructions [on the same wiki page]
