Yes, this is the Church of the Good Shepard (Lutheran)
over by Philly's Best Subs on 23rd.  I used to have a
key to this building, for another internship I had. 
The facility is pretty cool, but there are some
security issues that would need to be addressed.  It
used to be a day care, and there are not locked doors
going into the basement... though there ARE doors that
could have locks installed on them.

I know for a fact that for a space that that would
have cost us $400 per month at CHAC, they have charged
other organizations here for $50 per month.
