[Seattle-editorial] Instructions: How to point-and-click Newswire to Feature on MIR

Alrighty,

This may not be news to you all, put I just converted
Joseph's FP to a Feature from the Newswire without all
that screwed up hacking stuff I usually do with HTML.

All you do is log-in on MIR, edit the Newswire, select
the item on the newswire you want to feature, Edit
that item, select "Feature" INSTEAD of "Newsire" in
the appropriate box, and save it.

I could have saved some hours this weekend :)
