[Seattle-editorial] Changing the order of the center column features

On MIR, you can change the order the center column
feature appears in, simply by editing the item,
changing the date, and saving it.  I played around
with it a little: originally the Same-Sex-Marriage
popped up before the training-camp, even though
training-camp was posted first, BECAUSE the date on
Same-Sex-Marriage was earlier than the training-camp
(so yes, I altered the date on the Same-Sex-Marriage
post to see if we could change the order, and it turns
out we can.)
