[Seattle-editorial] FP: Tacoma 'security

This is an important local issue that we have not yet
touched, and is a major concern of some activists I've
met on the street.  This also calls some of the local
established media out on their garbage, and sets a new
function for Indymedia (new groups putting out
requests for established journalists to support their
cause.)  I would like to feature this item:
