[Seattle-editorial] no time, not so good

My last FP didn't turn out so hot, since the author
didn't put much introduction into their Newswire post.
 I was hesitant to alter their post, but I didn't have
the time to do an extensive feature write-up on it. 
Please feel free to replace what I did with something
more appropriate.  Unfortunately I just don't have
time to do anything more on it.  I am going to be more
careful about these kind of FPs in the future.
