S.B.,

I'll get the editorial policy content for insertion into the new 
site. This has some legaleese and instructiuons and guidelines for 
us and our readers. I would ask that the next big change on the 
site be the addition of a 'split' newswire.

This would ideally take the form of a 'Local News' newswire, and 
another Newswire for all non-local and non-news stuff. 

The appearence would be one on top of the other on the right 
column, 1/2 for local news, the bottem half for all other. 

That's my personal preference, but Walt and others want to have 
local news visible, and all other stuff on a second page, like the 
main network site has syndications visible dy default, and the open 
newswire available one click away.

I may be slightly off as to what the group wants, and will seek 
clarification.
