[Seattle-editorial] I just got a disturbing phone call

This is a strange call -- I wonder how legitimate it is.
Here is a guy who is afraid to loose his job, but won't provide his
name or point out which article he wants removed from the site.
He works for a media company and should know that most reporters
violate "off the record" requests -- but still can't stop blathering to
an Indy reporter.
And most ridiculous of all, he says the one thing that makes his
threat to get a lawyer is meaningless: that the conversation with the
reporter actually happened. He isn't claiming that he was misquoted or
that the conversation was fabricated. He is complaining that the quotes
were attributed to him.
Yikes! Is this a clever prank? Is this some idiot who is filled with
an uncontrollable urge to talk to spill his guts to any reporter who
asks him a question? If he really does work for a media company,
corporate media is worse off than any of us thought.
