[Seattle-editorial] IMC Convening plan (1)

Hi all,
On behalf of the ad hoc group of folks that have been paying bills
during the hiatus, I want to start the ball rolling on how we can move
forward. The ad hoc group is not entirely in agreement about how to
move forward, but everyone felt strongly that our small group should
not be making any major decisions on these issues since they concern
the whole collective. Thus, this is merely one suggestion on how to
move forward.
A background on the discussion: we (the ad hoc group) were trying to
figure out how to move forward, but could not reach a consensus. The
following thread is an email from Brandon with one possible way to move
forward. I will also forward Joseph's suggestion for an all-day
retreat. Hopefully, this will be a starting point for debate
surrounding the best way to move out of hiatus and towards a new,
functional Seattle IMC.
In solidarity,
Devin
