Hi Walt --
It's been long enough that I don't recall the wording of the text. I
had read the original feature. Then a day or two later I noticed that
the piece had changed -- as though someone was putting a totally
different spin on the Goodman feature. The second version didn't have
the same tone as the first -- it also didn't make a whole lot of sense.
IMHO, your comments about the rest period -- however worthy of an
editorial -- were probably seen as inflammatory. Since that post,
things have remained calm. I just want to make sure that someone
doesn't hack the site the next time the topic is brought up again.
Let's discuss this off-line . . . during the next editorial meeting ;^)
