considerando que somos solo tres miembros esto es un mont=F3n de =

1. Several collectives have been issuing replies in

of the Italy IMC proposal. If your local collective

significant discussions about this, please consider

summarize the responses, clarifications, and any

raised so far, that would be helpful.=20

2. There have been several cases in which different
local=20
collective conflicts have been raised here in
imc-process.=20
These seem to generate lots of message traffic, which

frustrating for non-English list members and liaisons
who=20
are trying to keep up with imc-process issues. It also

resulted in these conflicts being resolved. In fact
they=20
usually seem to escalate because of the public forum,=20
personal attacks, and =93outsiders=94 trying to speculate
and=20
make judgments about conflicts they are unfamiliar

Finding ways to address the inevitable conflicts that

up within collectives is one of the main reasons the

imc-resolve list was started. Perhaps that would be

forum to consider for these discussions.=20

3. The IMC-Process list is receiving lots of spam, and

out that material with only three team members is a

The work involved makes taking the time to summarize=20
discussions on proposals difficult. One solution would
be for the=20
group making a proposal to take responsibility for
routinely=20
summarizing the progress of the proposal: concerns
raised,=20
clarifications, responses, status of any blocks, etc.

facilitation team can always be asked to step in and
help if this=20
becomes difficult or overly contentious.=20

4. I know that many of the people participating here
in=20
imc-process=97as individuals or as collective
liaisons/spokespeople--=20
have very busy schedules with all the work they put
into their local=20
collectives and imc work. I just wanted to acknowledge
that work=20
on global imc process issues is just that=97work=97and
that=20
personally I appreciate the time and energy put into

stop, take a breath, and give mutual acknowledgement

work they=92ve done together (cheering, group hug,
